The April 2024 sources-sought notice says the government intended to extend the existing Test and Evaluation Technical Support Services contract W9115116D0007 on a sole-source basis to SAWTST, LLC for a three-month period with three one-month options.
It describes administrative support, data management and collection, instrumentation, information technology, and logistics support for the Integrated Test and Evaluation and Fires Test Directorates at Fort Bliss and Fort Sill. The notice lists Joel Klemmer as secondary contact.
