Section 1. Commitment
Accessibility is a core design and engineering requirement of this platform, not an add on. We build for screen reader users, keyboard only users, people who use magnification or reduced motion, and those who require customization. Our objective is to remove barriers through reasonable efforts consistent with technical feasibility.
This site is not a public sector body under applicable accessibility directives. Conformance to WCAG 2.2 Level AA is a voluntary engineering standard adopted for structural consistency and user benefit.
Section 2. Conformance Status
This site targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We self assess as partially conformant. We design and test against WCAG 2.2 AA criteria but do not claim third party certification.
Some content or third party integrations may not yet meet every criterion. Known non conformances are prioritized based on user impact and feasibility. Accessibility is an ongoing engineering responsibility.
While we strive for accessibility, we cannot guarantee that all content will be accessible at all times across all assistive technologies or configurations.
Section 3. Standards Applied
The platform targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA as the design and engineering baseline. Accessibility is incorporated into architectural and design decisions at the system level.
Automated accessibility scanning is integrated into the development workflow using tools such as Playwright, axe core, and Lighthouse. Manual review is conducted for critical user flows. This is an operational posture and not a marketing certification.
Section 4. Semantic Structure
Pages use proper heading hierarchy from H1 through H6 and include landmark regions such as main, nav, and footer. A single H1 is used per page. Content structure is designed for compatibility with screen readers. ARIA attributes are used only when native HTML elements are insufficient.
Section 5. Keyboard Navigation
Full keyboard operability is supported. Tab order is logical and deterministic, beginning with skip link, header, navigation, main content, and footer. Visible focus indicators are enforced on interactive elements.
Section 6. Visual Accessibility
Color contrast meets WCAG 2.2 AA requirements, including 4.5 to 1 for normal text and 3 to 1 for large text.
Layout supports content resizing and reflow consistent with WCAG 2.2 requirements, including zoom and narrow viewport conditions.
Reduced motion preferences are respected through media queries. Typography is responsive and scalable. Right to left layout is supported where applicable.
Section 7. Forms and Interactive Elements
Forms include associated labels, accessible validation messaging, and clear error identification. Interactive components are designed to be operable via keyboard and compatible with assistive technologies.
Section 8. Internationalization
Content is rendered per locale. Directional integrity is maintained for both left to right and right to left languages. The language switcher is keyboard accessible and properly announced. The page language is declared through the html lang attribute.
Section 9. Customization Options
An accessibility settings panel is available in the header. Users may adjust contrast, reduce motion, increase text size, and enable link underlines. Preferences are designed to persist across sessions where technically feasible. The panel is keyboard accessible and compatible with screen readers.
Section 10. Compatibility
Content is designed to work with modern screen readers including NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver, as well as keyboard navigation and magnification tools. Compatibility may vary depending on assistive technology configuration and browser version.
Testing has been conducted in current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. Users are encouraged to maintain updated browsers and assistive technologies.
Section 11. Third Party Content
This site contains minimal third party or embedded content. External resources may not meet the same conformance level. Core site functionality remains accessible regardless of third party content.
Section 12. Feedback and Alternative Access
Accessibility feedback may be submitted through the Contact page. Please include the affected URL, a description of the issue, and where possible the assistive technology and browser used.
If you require content in an alternative format, you may request assistance through the Contact page.
Feedback is reviewed and prioritized based on severity and impact. No specific response time guarantee is provided.
Section 13. Revisions
Accessibility posture is reviewed periodically. Material changes to conformance status or testing methodology will be reflected in the governance section.
