The Site does not host public user generated content such as comments or forums. Contact form submissions are processed solely for response purposes. No license to submitted information is granted beyond what is necessary to process and respond. We do not claim ownership of information you submit. We may retain copies as operationally necessary.
External Links
The Site may contain links to external resources. We do not control third party content. No endorsement is implied. External sites operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Access to such sites is at your own risk.
Accuracy of Information
Reasonable efforts are made to ensure accuracy. Information may evolve. No guarantee of completeness, currency, or correctness is made. Corrections may be requested via the Contact page.
Limitation of Liability
The Site is provided as is and as available. No warranties, express or implied, are made, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In such cases, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where prohibited by applicable law.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Site operator, owner, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Site.
Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access at any time without notice for any reason, including breach. Provisions that by their nature survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution.
Accessibility
For accessibility commitments and practices, see the Accessibility page.
Governing Law and Venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction identified in Site governance metadata and, where required by mandatory law, by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. Venue for disputes shall be consistent with the governing law clause except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall first be addressed through good faith negotiation. Where permitted by law, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider under its applicable rules. Class actions and class wide arbitration are waived where permitted by law. If the class action waiver is found unenforceable, the arbitration provision shall be severed and disputes shall proceed in court to the extent required by law. Nothing in this section limits rights under mandatory consumer protection law.
Severability
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in effect. Invalid provisions shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to preserve intent.
Entire Agreement
These terms, together with the Privacy page, Cookie Policy, Accessibility page, and referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement regarding the Site and supersede prior understandings.
Waiver
Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute waiver. Any waiver must be in writing and signed to be effective.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer rights under these terms. We may assign these terms in connection with merger, acquisition, or asset transfer.
Language
These terms may be provided in multiple languages for convenience. In the event of conflict, the English version governs except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
